McCoy Tyner Group
Paul's Mall,
Boston, Mass. 1978/ March/ 30 (2 sets)

gr19 master aud, 32nd anniversary almost reseed (sb's aligned and band line up) with samples":
"this show's been seeded twice before and never with sb aligning. also finally has a setlist now, so thanks to jazzdi and makpjazz57 for that. fortunately the batteries held out for this whole show (which is no easy feat for a 1970's era McCoy Tyner concert.) this was a very nice performance with several nicely stretched out songs. If 3 minute or less songs are your thing, this torrent (and artist) isn't for you. If you like really long (and good) ones, of any musical style, this is the Real McCoy, as far as I'm concerned. just noticed all my McCoy shows have fallen off the tracker. that has to be rectified, and this was one of the nicer shows and recordings I got of his group. hope you enjoy (it if you haven't yet). Ian

McCoy Tyner- piano
Joe Ford- alto, soprano and flute
George Adams- tenor & soprano sax
Charles Fambrough- bass
Guilhermo Franco- percussion
